Medication Fun Update

Apparently, having weird dreams is a rare side effect of the  prescription medication I have been taking to help stabilise my heart failure, blood pressure, kidney function and my blood glucose levels 

I take this med around 5-6am and then have a nap while I wait for it to kick in. This morning I dreamt that someone had painting the walls of my day room pink 💗  It was clearly an Amlodipine induced side effect and was so vivid that I genuinely expected to wake up to a pink day room. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣

My Writing Journey Update March 2026

 So the journey began on Tuesday, 3rd March this year, when I ordered a new notebook from Amazon.

The notebook is a purple hardback notebook with a dreamcatcher design.

I bought this new notebook so I could fill it with lists of life goals and plans on how to reach them.

The second writing-related thing I did was to download the Kindle Create app. I then opened the app, very quickly realised I was supposed to already have a manuscript written and decided to play Spider Solitaire instead.
