New Year 2016 Mini Udate

This is my 'before' picture. I started on Raw Adrenal treatment back in early August 2015 and committed to posting regular picture updates only haven't worked out how to save pictures on my chromebook.

Notable in this picture is my inability to open my eyes fully or smile like I used to due to muscle weakness.
